The 2 in 1 Agent – As a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Legacy covering the greater Houston and San Antonio areas of Texas, he helps his clients accomplish their dreams of real estate generational wealth by acquiring and or selling residential properties with an individualized tailored plan for them. Because he is also a home inspector he provides his clients with property insight before making an offer or listing, so that there are no regrets, wasted money, or time when listing, placing or receiving an offer.

As a TREC licensed Professional Inspector (the highest-licensed level under TREC) for HillGra Inspections, he evaluates the residential property’s state, and clearly communicates the information to the client through verbal, video, & written channels. Additionally, he teaches his clients how to better maintain their property so that they will have a working knowledge, and the opportunity to build their property value.

Sue Ellen is a fluently bilingual in Spanish and English-licensed residential mortgage loan officer licensed in Texas with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. She is very passionate about helping all her clients with detailed and actionable mortgage education, strategizing on the best loan products for their unique needs, and providing in-depth customer service before, during, and well after closing. Sue Ellen also values working as a team directly with not only the transaction stakeholders (buyers’ agents, sellers’ agents, and title companies, etc.) but also with the family and friends of her clients who are providing support in this very important decision.

Additionally, Sue Ellen has designed two (2) free programs for clients that are not quite ready to buy a house at the time of first talking to her. These programs focus on walking buyers through all the necessary steps to accomplish their goal of homeownership. Her approach and unique custom-made programs are what sets her apart from the rest and what she calls Sue Ellen’s STRGY.
